Student-Led Conferences: Please check the schedule for your conference time. Your child has completed slides with his or her NWEA scores and goals in math and reading to present to you. Thank you for taking time to discuss the importance of goal setting to show growth! I look forward to meeting with you.

Halloween Party: The Halloween party will be on Oct. 31st from 12:45-1:45. We have many parents who have signed up to bring supplies. If you would like to contribute, candy is always a good option because we can send it home or use it for the games. If we need anything else, I will reach out. Remember that to attend, you must complete the background form with the office. Students may wear a school appropriate costume to school on Halloween. We will be learning all day, so costumes can't get in the way. Props and accessories will be kept in backpacks until the party. Thanks for your understanding!

All About Me: Each week a student is the All About Me student. They have completed a poster in class(but may need to finish it at home) and get to share special things about themselves each day. When it is your child's turn, I will send home a paper stating everything he or she needs. Silas is up this week!

Get to Know You Forms: Please fill out this "Get to Know You" form if you haven't already so I can get to know your child better! I only have 10 completed forms right now. 

If you are able to volunteer in the classroom or if you're willing to take projects home to complete, please fill out this form. Thank you for your willingness to help!

Here is the SJPS volunteer form. Remember you must complete this form every year if you plan to volunteer in any school or attend a field trip. Thanks for doing this in advance!
