Talent Show: For a class reward, the kids want to have a class talent show. Since we have a lot of interruptions this week like the school talent show, author visit, and PBIS movie reward, we will trickle these in throughout the week. Feel free to send me a video of your child doing the talent or send the supplies he or she will need to show it to the class. This is just for fun and is not mandatory. Every kid has an opportunity to share a talent during the All About Me week too!
PBIS Movie Reward: We will be watching the movie Felicity on Thursday afternoon. It ties in to our discussions about the colonists, British, and the American Revolution in a way that shows the struggle between choosing sides. We have leftover Capri Suns. Please send in popcorn for your child or some to share if you can!
March is Reading Month: The final book will be revealed this week! Thanks for fostering a love of learning at home!!
Class Birthdays: Hunter - Monday
All About Me: Each week a student is the All About Me student. They have completed a poster in class(but may need to finish it at home) and get to share special things about themselves each day. When it is your child's turn, I will send home a paper stating everything he or she needs. Elliott is up this week!
